The Chicago New Americans Plan identifies 27 initiatives that will make Chicago the “most immigrant friendly city in the nation.” The first of its kind in the U.S., the Chicago Plan highlights the economic impact that can be achieved when cities support the creation and expansion of immigrant-owned businesses and develop strategies to attract and retain talent and expertise from other countries. Over the next three years, the Plan aims to bolster Chicago’s status as a vibrant, welcoming and international city.
Onzinnig initiatief naar mijn mening. Emgiratie moet op federaal niveau worden hervormd. Zolang dat niet gebeurt is het schreeuwen tegen de wind.
En onderzoek heeft allang vastgesteld dat de multiculturele samenleving een falikante mislukkig is. Uiteraard zijn goed opgeleide emigranten uitstekend maar dat zijn er maar weinig vergeleken met de ongeschoolde derde wereldlanders uit Latijns-Amerika en de Caribische eilanden. Die 2 laatste groepen kosten de samenleving vele miljarden per jaar aan onderwijs / sociale voorzieningen / politie / gezondheidszorg / gevangenissen enzovoorts.

Another reason is that businesses adjust to new immigrants by opening stores, restaurants, or production facilities to take advantage of the added supply of workers; more workers translate into more business."
Onzinnig citaat. Deze theoretische baten wegen niet op tegen de kosten: medische zorg / onderwijs / wegen / wetshandhavig / rechtspraak / onverzekerde chauffeurs / verloedering van hele wijken en ga zo maar door.
Er zijn tientallen miljoenen laag- / ongeschoolde staatsburgers die prima aan het werk zouden kunnen.
Klopt helemaal. Door de huichelaarij van het congres hebben bepaalde mensen hun zakken gevuld en mag de modale burger er voor opdraaien. Je kunt het 3e wereldlanders niet kwalijk nemen naar de VS (proberen) te komen.
