Ja, dat geldt ook als je alleen overstapt.
Amerikaanse vliegvelden kennen namelijk geen transit zone: iedereen moet bij de eerste landing in de VS door immigratie en aan dezelfde eisen voldoen. Overstappen of 2 weken op vakantie in de VS; maakt niet uit.
Dus 2 coronavaccinaties én een ESTA.
