Your tickets for Detroit Tigers at New York Yankees have been transferred to you via Ticketmaster Transfer. You should have received an email from Ticketmaster informing you that tickets have been transferred and are pending your acceptance. Here are your next steps.
Please follow the steps below to ensure you
have successfully accepted the transfer of your tickets:
1. Create Ticketmaster Account - If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account under the email address you provided at the time of purchase (), you will need to create a Ticketmaster account.
If you originally received your transfer email from a specific team, your tickets will NOT be in your Ticketmaster account. You will need to access them in the team-specific account on your mobile device. To view your tickets, open the account you set up on the team-specific app via your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.
2. Accept Transfer via Email - The email notification from Ticketmaster will display an "Accept Tickets" button. This email may also come from a specific team if you ordered tickets for a sporting event. Click the “Accept Tickets” button to begin the process of accepting tickets. You will be asked to enter additional information before you are able to accept your tickets- be sure to follow these prompts carefully!
If you have difficulty accepting your tickets, please try again from a different device (desktop, mobile, tablet) or browser.
Tickets must be accepted prior to the start of the event.
Your accepted tickets will appear in your Ticketmaster account, but you will only be able to view your mobile tickets from the Ticketmaster app.
3. Download the Ticketmaster App – Tickets must be accessed and displayed through the Ticketmaster app or by accessing your Ticketmaster account from your phone's web browser when you arrive at the event.
4. Verify Mobile Access to Tickets – Before the event, log in to the Ticketmaster App or your Ticketmaster account from your mobile device. After logging in, you will be able to view your mobile tickets that were transferred to you.
IMPORTANT: Please click below to confirm with Vivid Seats that you have received a notification from Ticketmaster. Then follow the steps below to ensure that you have successfully accepted the transfer:

Maar ik krijg de app van ticketmaster niet geopend. Krijg dan ook niet de wijziging ingevoerd.
Heeft iemand ervaring hiermee.
