Hierbij onze 1ste 4 geplande dagen van onze 15-daagse trip naar California. Graag jullie gedachten hieromtrent en wat we zeker niet mogen missen/vergeten.
De rest vd planning volgt uiteraard later.

Hire car at LAX and drive straight to our hotel in Oxnard (ocean route) or first drive to Miramar (San Diego) visit the Air Station, dinner at the Kansas City Barbeque (Top Gun) and drive to our hotel in Oxnard (ocean route).
Question: Things to do or see between LAX and Oxnard??

Drive from Oxnard via ocean route past Ventura to Santa Barbara (visit) and drive further to Santa Maria (hotel stay)
Question: Santa Barbara and Santa Maria are worthwile?

20/09/2009
Drive from Santa Maria to Monterey (Hotel) and drive the famous ’17 miles’.

21/09/2009
Still in Monterey we do the whale watching trip that was included in our hotel stay, after that we leave to go to San Francisco.
