Hey Fuzz,
I would say, go to the US and your English will be better after a couple of days. Work in the US for a couple of months and you'll be amazed. The only way to learn English well is to use it. I'm not sure what your situation is at the moment, but at least you're enthousiastic about the US, so that's a good start.
Another way is to start writing in English. I would be happy with a new reporter on my website. It's fun and a good way to practice as well.

BTW, you're typing here and not "talking" two completely different things, because there is no slang in typing like Yall = You All in the south of the USA.

Come over to the USA for a couple of months and enjoy the country while learning english!!!!!

Well I'll be happy to talk english to you, I'm going to Amerika in february for an training period of seven months. Probably I don't know how to say everthing in english but hey that's were I need to work on.
