As tribute to bilateral relations, the Amsterdam American Business Club (AABC) will hold their annual Dutch American Friendship Day on 19 April 2010. The yearly tradition will be held in conjunction with the AABC Meet & Greet networking event.

Dutch American Friendship Day celebrates John Adams, the second president of the United States, for his recognition as the Minister of Plenipotentiary to the Netherlands.
